Senior Yoga will be an hour long class that incorporates various styles of Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga.

Gentle Yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and can include extended time of meditation, breath work, and relaxation. This class will include more warm up movements and the yoga postures are often held for longer times. A chair, yoga bolster, clocks, and yoga blanket may be incorporated into the yoga movements at times. Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching and low-impact movements in the class.

Participants should bring a yoga mat with them to each class

Fee

$5 per person per class
*There is a 3% Fee when you pay with a card
