Rent the entire Civic Center to accommodate large conferences, conventions, expos, weddings, and much more!

Full Facility Rental Amenities Include:

  • Access to all rental spaces
    • Ballroom, Terrace Rooms, Plaza Rooms, Oak Room, Outdoor Plaza
  • Round tables (66 inches)
  • Rectangle tables (6 feet)
  • Banquet style chairs

Rental Fees:

Refundable Deposit: $1300

Sunday - Friday Rental Fees:
All Day (8am - 12am) : $3,895

Saturday Rental Fees:
All Day (8am - 12am) : $4,025

Lake Jackson Residents:
Lake Jackson Residents will receive a 10% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Saturday.

Active Military:
Active Military will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only. 
*Must provide an Active Military ID to qualify for discount.

Non-Profit Organizations:
Non-Profit Organizations will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only.
*Must provide a current 501c3 to qualify for discount. 

Payments:

The refundable deposit is due upon reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date. 
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.

*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions
Acceptable Forms of Payment Include:
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover

Rental Hours:

The Full Facility is only available to rent "All Day" from 8am - 12am.

Setup and Cleaning Services:

Setup services can be arranged with Civic Center staff upon consultation.

Cleaning services are provided with full facility rentals at no additional charge.
