Civic Center Ballroom

The Ballroom at the Lake Jackson Civic Center is approximately 7100 square feet and is perfect for weddings, business conferences, banquets, quinceaneras, large gatherings, and much more!

The Ballroom can accommodate 720 guests in theater style seating, 500 for dining, and 300 for classroom style seating. 

Amenities Include:

  • Service Kitchen with fridge, food warmer, microwave, deep freeze, sink
  • Round Tables (66 inches), Rectangle Tables (6 feet), banquet style chairs

Rental Fees:

Refundable Deposit: $400

Sunday - Friday Rental Rates:
All Day (8am - 12am) : $1,640
Hourly (5 hr min / 8 hr max) : $165/hr

Saturday Rental Rates:
All Day (8am - 12am) : $1,815
*Hourly rentals are not available on Saturdays

Lake Jackson Residents:
Lake Jackson Residents will receive a 10% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Saturday

Active Military:
Active Military will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only. 
*Must provide an Active Military ID to qualify for discount.

Non-Profit Organizations:
Non-Profit Organizations will receive a30% discount on daily and hourly rentals Sunday - Friday only. 
*Must provide a current 501c3 to qualify for discount. 

Payments:

The refundable deposit is due upon reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date. 
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.

*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions

Rental Hours:

"All Day" rentals are from 8am - 12am.

Hourly rentals are available Sunday - Friday and must be for a minimum of 5 hours with a maximum of 8 hours. Any rental over 8 hours must rent all day. Renters can choose any block of hours available between 8am - 12am.

Setup and Cleaning Services:

Requested tables will be placed in the room on their feet and chairs in stacks of 10 at no additional charge. Renters can then setup the room according to their desire.
For an additional fee of $2 per table and $0.50 per chair, staff will setup the room according to the renter's desire.

Cleaning services are provided with ALL rentals at no additional charge.
