[ARCHIVED] UPDATES ON DEBRIS PICKUP: BRING OUT YOUR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS

second pass debris schedule

Debris pickup is going better than we expected and we can announce the second round will begin Aug. 9. The first pass continues today. You can begin bringing out your construction debris. Crews will pick it up beginning Aug. 5. Call us at 979-415-2400 if you have questions or concerns. ** Small piles information** We know some residents have concerns that crews left small piles of debris behind and forgot them. They haven’t forgotten these piles. The grabbers work better with large piles of debris so the crews will come back, push the small piles into large ones and then use the grabbers to pick up the larger piles. If you had small piles left behind you can move your small piles into larger ones whenever you wish (or not.) Also, you might want to keep that in mind as we continue through hurricane season. We hope for the best, but we might go through this again before November.
