Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Lake Jackson for the purpose of amending the B-3 Institutional Zone to allow medical clinics as conditional use.
The amendment of the zoning code requires that 2 public hearings are held; one before the Planning Commission and one before City Council. Anyone seeking to give or receive information on this amendment should be present at Lake Jackson City Hall (25 Oak Drive) on Tuesday March 4, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. before the Planning Commission and/or on Monday March 17, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. before the City Council.
