Unclaimed Funds
The City of Lake Jackson is holding various types of property (valued at $100 or less) which were unclaimed and presumed abandoned as of June 30, 2008; and are subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Pursuant to Sec. 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the City of Lake Jackson is publishing the names of those persons/entities for whom the City is holding unclaimed property valued at $100 or less.
