Agendas & Minutes

The City Secretary's Office is responsible for the filing and retention of all official records, agendas, and minutes.

Current meeting agenda's can be found on the Calendar of Events section of the website. Or you can visit the DOCUMENT CENTER for a history of meeting agenda's.

You may also visit the DOCUMENT CENTER to view meeting minutes for Council, Planners and Traffic.  If you need information that is not listed, please contact the City Secretary's Office at 979-415-2500.

If you would like to be placed on an Agenda, please contact the City Manager, no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting date. The letter should be specific in the subject matter you wish to discuss. You may email your request to wyenne@lakejacksontx.gov or fax it to 979-297-8823.
