Recycling Service
979-415-2430
Recyclables are picked up once weekly and always on the same day as your second day of household garbage pick-up. Use blue recycle bags for your co-mingled recyclables only. You can buy 13-gallon blue bags at City Hall for $6.00 or use any other blue bags you find (some grocery stores sack their groceries in blue plastic bags). Recyclables include: plastics (type I & II), aluminum and tin cans. Place newspapers in a separate paper or plastic grocery bag. Do NOT use blue bags for household garbage.
If you have any questions about recycling you may contact the Public Works Department at 979-415-2430.
