PH: Accessory Buildings

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted to consider amending Chapter 110, Zoning, to change, in residential zones, accessory use restrictions, including but not limited to, permissible uses, size, yard setbacks and to change percentage of lot buildout allowed for the principal building.

Anyone wishing to hear or present information should be present at:

• Public Hearing before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. 
• Public Hearing before the City Council meeting on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. 

The Public Hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 25 Oak Drive, Lake Jackson, Texas.
