The Humane department is responsible for the enforcement of the animal control ordinances and the investigation and resolution of possible rabies exposure.

Lake Jackson is part of a Regional Animal Shelter called the Brazoria County SPCA.  Please call 285-2340 during regular operating hours for adoption or lost pet information.

Hours of operation are:
Tuesday - Friday 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Closed on Sunday and Monday
