Stewart Fogarty - Health Officer

This department is responsible for inspecting and licensing all Retail Establishments, Food Service Facilities and Day Care Facilities.  These facilities are inspected a minimum of twice per year.  Other areas inspected by the Health Officer are Public Swimming Pools and Spas, pets living quarters, and any other complaints of unsanitary conditions on public or private property.
