Free Mulch

The Mulch site accepts yard debris and turns it into free mulch for the City of Lake Jackson residents.  Residents will need to bring their own hand tools and containers to assist in loading the mulch.  Residents are allowed one pickup load per quarter.  Please have available your driver’s license or water bill to show the attendant.

Tuesday – Friday                                 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday                                              8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Closed for Lunch between                  11:45 am – 1:15 pm
Closed Sunday & Monday
