The Lake Jackson Civic Center is located at 333 Highway 332 East.  Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

The Civic Center, which opened in April 2000 includes a 7,100 sq. ft. ballroom; a 4,500 sq. ft. terrace room (which can be split in two sections); three plaza/meeting rooms, which are about 1,100 sq. ft. each, or can be opened to one 3,300 sq. ft. room; a board room (or rental space); a 1,100 sq. ft. seniors center; and support facilities  such as storage, serving kitchens, etc.

The Civic Center also includes and upper and lower plaza.  The upper plaza provides for a stage and a mini-band stand. The lower plaza includes two fountains.  The feature fountain, located near the center of the Plaza, and the interactive fountain, which people are encouraged to play in.  Also located on the Plaza is a trellis and a life-size chessboard.
