Administration is responsible for general management of the city’s affairs as determined by policy established by the City Council. Administration also includes the services of the City Secretary, who is responsible for the filing and retention of all official records and minutes of City Council.

This Department is also comprised of various other internal service operations, such as Purchasing, Personnel, and Risk Management.
