Senior Yoga will be an hour long class that focuses on the following styles of yoga:
Monday & Wednesday - Active Yoga…This practice combines breath and movement in a slow flow of postures focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and stability. No experience is needed! Bring some water, a yoga mat, and wear some comfy clothes. All other props will be provided.
Tuesday & Thursday - Yin Yoga….Yin yoga is a floor-based yoga practice of luxurious holds. Settling these poses encourages flexibility and ease as we target the connective tissues in the joints and muscles. Bring a mat and wear some comfortable clothes (you may want a sweatshirt or light jacket). Come slow down with us!
